Why We Need a Library
At the Library, Reedley’s community is served by a free exchange of ideas in an open-access (public) facility. At the library, the diverse Reedley community (of all ages) can pursue lifelong learning and obtain academic assistance. At the library, the Reedley community can search and find employment. At the library, the Reedley community can enrich their experience through educational and creative programming. At the library, the Reedley community can connect and communicate with local, national, and international persons, groups, and events.
Who are the Friends?
You want Reedley to be an awesome place to live and work and we do too! Therefore, the Friends of the Reedley Library exist to support our Public Library through community engagement, financial, and volunteer support.

We accomplish our purpose by holding engagement events, sponsoring special programming at the Reedley Public Library, and providing resources and services in the Library. If you'd like to join the Friends please click the link below:

The Friends of the Reedley Library is a chapter of the Fresno Friends of the County Library. The Friends are a 501 (c)(3), 509 (a)(1) and 170 (b)(1)(A)(6). Your membership and donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by state and federal law.
